If Jesus Came To My House What Would He Find?
Would I welcome Him In?
Or would I keep Him out because I am ashamed of what He would find within?
Would He Find me watching Christian TV?
Or would He find me watching Jerry Springer or pornography?
Or would He find those magazines hidden under the seat?
Would I be yelling at my children?
Or would I be praying and leading my children to Him?
Would He find my home clean and put in order?
Or would He find a chaotic mess of dis-harmony and dis-order?
Would I be ashamed of what He thinks of me?
Or would He be pleased at what He sees?
These questions made me stop and think
I need to do an evaluation of what is within
I decided the first thing to do is clean up my thoughts
Because I would not want Jesus to be ashamed of someone He bought
