The Awakening!

Just this week, I saw the movie (The awakening), twice on television. Boy, was I awakened! This movie is about people who had various diseases and illness and remained in a comatose position for years, and suddenly woke up after given some sort of new drug. These people began to walk, dance and remember things of their past. Well, if I believed the story line in this movie, I think I would have zoned out and needed some drugs myself LOL! First of all, if anyone was in a comatose position for years, they would certainly not have full use of their body parts immediately, much less their brains. Then, could you imagine putting these people out in the public after being "out of it for years"? With the modern technology, they would need even more drugs because they would go crazy from the excitement and shock to their brains!
I also think of people who are given drugs to (put a cap) on their (bad behavior). There are many children who are being diagnose as having some sort of "mental deficiency", so their parents take them to a doctor and they are diagnosed as having "attention deficit disorder", or some other fancy diagnostic term that suits the doctor, and they are then put on "prescribed medication" for the rest of their lives.
I woke up to the reality that many doctors are living off the "prescribed medication" they dole out to their "patients". Lets face it people have more faith in their "doctors" than their "Creator". I am thinking that if many people would just use some God given "common sense", they may resolve the problems with something their grandmother used, or perhaps they may realize that child needs some "attention from their parents, because they have a deficit in that order?" Just some thoughts I woke up to (smile).
